Brewing Notes

Pre-boil gravity 1.072 before DME (est 1.093). Pre-boil volume 9g (est 8.75g). Post-boil gravity 1.150 (est 1.130). Post-boil volume 6.5g. Fermenter volume 5.5g. Mash temp 150F (est 149F). Notes: Double Milled. FIRE! Propane connection not tightened. Need a less thick hose for the HLT. Changed to 2hr boil. Added DME - 3lb. 1.072 Before DME. Finished wort shot on the ground.
