Pre-boil gravity 1.061 (est 1.060). Pre-boil volume 13.75g. Post-boil gravity 1.066 (est 1.069). Post-boil volume 12.5g (est 12.74g). Fermenter volume 11g. Notes: 2 hour mash bc we went to go get food. 2.5lb pumpkin in mash w/cinnamon. 3.5lb pumpkin in boil. Stuck mash (surprise, surprise). Adding pumpkin killed the boil. Yay! Drunk bike rides!
