Brewing Notes

I added the lactic acid 30 minutes into the mash. Whoops

I think it fermented in like 2 days.

Added dry hops on day 7

I couldn't get the last half gallon out of the fermenter. Idk why. Possibly bad seal on top of the lid now? So the pressure isn't pushing downward. So I'm missing a half gallon of beer in the keg.
