I screwed up and put 8.3g in the kettle to start - basically included the sparge water. I forgot to turn down the temp, so the first 20 minutes of mash were close to 160 instead of 153. Hopefully it's not totally unfermentable🤞 I will try to compensate by adding an extra 30 minutes onto the boil.
